Key Person

A key person is a member of staff who will have special responsibilities for working with and caring for your child. This person will give your child reassurance to feel safe and secure.

They will help your child to become familiar and settled within our setting, and then your child will be confident and happy to try out new experiences.

Your key person is not just there for your child, they are also there for you too. They build a strong relationship with you so you can work together in partnership to benefit your child.

All children attending Bumblebees Pre-School are allocated a key person before they start.
